Lexie Greene has always had such a pretty face.

I love that this was originally on Wattpad! One of our favourites, T.J. Lockwood, is also a Wattpad alum so I love seeing other authors branching out from the platform. It really is a great website to help burgeoning writers develop their skills.

This was an ebook I was sent after signing up for an ebook promotion of a number of authors. It stood out to me because of the title (I love yoga) and the relatability of the main character. As someone struggling with weight gain due to medication, I can sympathize with the struggle of balancing weight loss and enjoying a cheat day every once in a while. Lexie is an honest character who opens up to the reader quickly, even if she hesitates to open up to anyone else. Reading her story has helped me take another crack at refining my habits to develop a healthier routine.

From Bon Bons to Yoga Pants was a quick and entertaining read. It was the perfect before bed wind-down read during COVID-19 shelter in place orders. No grammar or spelling mistakes jumped off the page and the ebook formatting was done well – which was a welcome change to some of the other ebooks I’ve seen lately. The cover is adorable and matched the tone of the book perfectly. If you’re looking for a feel-good tale that will leave you uplifted and looking forward to your next trip to the gym, you’ll definitely want to give this a read!
